Ordering and Payments

Deposit Required: To confirm your custom order, you are required to deposit 50% of the total price upfront. The remaining 50% will be paid upon delivery of your product.
Communication: All order specifics, customizations, and payment instructions will be handled and confirmed directly via WhatsApp.

Production and Delivery times

Delivery Timeline: As our products are carefully handcrafted to order, please allow a maximum of 1 week to 10 days for your order to be fully prepared and delivered to you.

Returns and Exchanges

Because every item is thoroughly handcrafted and customized according to the specifics agreed upon via WhatsApp, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
